HELLO,
So, hair it is—but not in the way most people experience it.
What began nearly two decades ago as a simple decision in high school has evolved into a refined, high-level career rooted in precision, discretion, and elevated service. Today, I operate as a traveling private stylist, offering a curated, appointment-only experience for clients who value not only how they look, but how they are served.
I became a licensed cosmetologist in 2007 and, while building my clientele, pursued higher education—earning a double Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and International Business from the University of Michigan, followed by an MBA from Kettering University. My background in executive management shaped my approach to beauty, allowing me to merge artistry with structure, systems, and a premium standard of execution.
Over the years, I have developed expertise across healthy hair care, luxury service delivery, and high-end client experience. My work is intentionally curated, with a focus on quality over volume—serving a select clientele through private appointments, travel-based services, and specialized offerings.
In 2013, I launched my first hair extension line, generating over $20,000 in just four months—an early indicator of both demand and my ability to build within the beauty industry. That foundation has since evolved into LaTresha Rená Hair Extensions, where I provide elevated, customized extension solutions designed for seamless, natural-looking results.
In addition, I developed LaTresha Rená Professional Hair Care, a multi-textured, results-driven system created through research and real client needs—designed to support healthy hair from foundation to finish. Together, these brands allow me to deliver not just services, but complete, high-level hair solutions.
I am the founder of LaTresha Rená Salon & Spa, a brand built on the principle that beauty should be both elevated and intentional. As I continue to expand, I am actively developing a second location in Mississippi—bringing the same level of excellence, structure, and client experience to a new market.
In addition to my work behind the chair, I am the founder of LaTresha Rená + Co., where I help entrepreneurs build structured, sustainable businesses. Because for me, premium is not just aesthetic—it’s operational.
In this season of life, I am also a wife to my husband, Jeremy, and a mother to our son, Jeremiah. This chapter has refined my perspective, strengthened my standards, and deepened my commitment to building a life and legacy with intention, excellence, and grace.
Beyond business, I have spent over 20 years serving in ministry as a leader in youth development and music, and I now serve as a minister and speaker. My life and work are firmly grounded in my faith in Jesus Christ, which continues to guide my voice, my leadership, and every opportunity I am entrusted to steward.
