FAQ

After an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during checkout. The order confirmation email includes the order number and your ordered products. Once an order confirmation is received it means your order is being processed and cannot be canceled.

Orders received before 3 pm will begin processing the same day. Orders take 3-4 days for processing. Please note, delays may still occur during promotional periods. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

When your order ships from our fulfilment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number.If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate address or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days.

There is a 3-4 business day processing time. Immediately after processing is complete you will receive a tracking number & your items will be shipped.
